2023 Hero of the Match: Andrew Tappen

Andrew Tappen is an acute lymphoblastic leukemia patient of St. Jude and their affiliate clinic in Huntsville. He is 3 years old and has been battling cancer for a year with another year and a half of treatment left. However, Andrew doesn’t let his cancer stop him from doing the things that he loves like playing soccer, basketball, baseball, and swimming.
