Huntsville City FC will host Carolina Core SC this Sunday at noon in the final home match of the 2025 regular season. The matchup falls on Decision Day, when MLS NEXT Pro teams find out their final standings before the playoffs.
Huntsville enters the weekend in fifth place in the Eastern Conference and will be fighting to finish in the top four in order to secure a home playoff match in Rocket City.
Fans should know the following before Sunday’s match:
- October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and a portion of proceeds from pink merchandise and pink drinks will benefit the Liz Hurley Cancer Fund.
- Huntsville City FC has partnered with Yellowhammer Brewing to release a specialty Hazy FC IPA, which will be available for $5. All draft beers will also be $5.
- New family meals will be available for purchase at concessions where fans can enjoy 4 for $40 that includes 4 hot dogs, 4 fountain drinks, 4 chips, and 4 candies.
- Hattie B’s Hot Chicken will serve sandwiches at the Food City Grill while supplies last.
- Following the final whistle, kids will be invited to play on the pitch to close out the 2025 regular season at Wicks Family Field.
