MLS NEXT Pro Disciplinary Decision 

NEW YORK (May 11, 2022) – Real Monarchs midfielder Christian Nydegger was issued a yellow card in the 45th minute of the Monarchs’ MLS NEXT Pro match against Sporting KC II on May 8 (. After reviewing the incident, MLS NEXT Pro has issued supplemental discipline in the form of a one-game suspension and an undisclosed fine. Nydegger will miss Real Monarchs’ ensuing MLS NEXT Pro match (vs. Tacoma Defiance – May 15, 2022).
