Texas Health Mansfield Stadium celebrates grand opening with ribbon cutting and community open house

MANSFIELD, Texas – Texas Health Mansfield Stadium celebrated its official Grand Opening on Wednesday morning with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, featuring remarks from the stakeholders involved in the project. 

The community will join in the celebration Wednesday evening with a Community Open House, which will welcome more than 5,000 attendees into the stadium for the first time.

The stadium will host its first North Texas Soccer Club match this Saturday, July 4, at 7:45 p.m. Tickets are available at ntsctix.com.

In addition to North Texas SC home matches, the venue has already announced several upcoming events,  including a summer friendly match between FC Dallas and Orlando City SC on July 15, an international women’s rugby match between the United States and Italy on Oct. 17, and Concacaf W Championship matches from Nov. 27 to Dec. 1.

Owned by the City of Mansfield, the stadium first opened its doors to the public on June 6 with a Team Czechia community training session. The venue served as Team Czechia’s base camp and training site during its preparation for and participation in FIFA World Cup 2026™.

Through its partnership with Texas Health, the venue aims to serve as a year-round community wellness hub, featuring initiatives designed to promote healthier lifestyles and enhanced food and beverage offerings that emphasize more nutritious options.

REV Entertainment and Hunt Sports Group serve as joint operators of the venue and are collaborating to deliver year-round programming. Perkins&Will served as the design architect, and Moss Construction was the general contractor.

  • 10 suites and 16 loge boxes
  • Staybolt Club (capacity: 200)
  • Mansfield Mile (longest outdoor bar at any stadium in North America)
