In its return to professional soccer action in Major League Soccer’s MLS NEXT Pro league, Rochester New York Football Club (RNY FC) plans to open 2022 season ticket presale reservations the week of March 7. Formerly known as the Rochester Rhinos, RNY FC is the only independent club in the new MLS NEXT Pro league, which kicks off its inaugural season March 25. RNY FC plays its opener on the road against St. Louis City 2 March 25th and its first home game at Monroe Community College versus New York City FC II April 23.

RNY FC Co-owners David and Wendy Dworkin said,

RNY FC season ticket packages will include a tiered pricing plan and special benefits including concession discounts. The club plans to release information on season ticket pricing and the availability and pricing of individual game tickets in the coming weeks. RNY FC has reserved 1,000 seats at the 1,500 capacity MCC John DiMarco Field for season ticket holders.
RNY FC co-owner and English Premier League superstar Jamie Vardy said,
"Our stadium may be intimate, but we expect our fans to create an atmosphere to drive the team on the pitch and be our 12th man from the stands. We will be playing an attacking brand of football with a tempo and intensity to our play. While we respect our opponents, we want to be feared both on and off pitch. We don’t want teams to think it’s going to be easy coming to Rochester because it’s not. Finally, the long-awaited return is here, and I look forward to hearing the noise from our supporters in the stands on my TV in Leicester.”
