Huntsville, Ala. (May 17, 2024) – Huntsville City Football Club announced today the signing of 19-year-old forward Tyler Pasnik. The newest Boy in Blue will be eligible to play in Huntsville’s next match on Saturday, May 18 against Atlanta United 2 at 7 p.m. CT at Wicks Family Field at Joe Davis Stadium.

“We are delighted to add Tyler to the group,” said Matt Cairns, Huntsville City FC Director of Soccer Operations. “He has had a great football education from his time in Scotland, and we believe his versatility in the forward areas will be a major asset as we continue to develop our team in Huntsville.”

Pasnik grew up playing in the Rangers FC academy, eventually joining the club’s U18 squad in 2021. After finishing up at the academy level, the forward joined Rangers FC B in 2023, making seven appearances in the Scottish Lowland Football League. Internationally, Pasnik is eligible to play for the United States through his father, with the forward previously spending time in the January 2023 United States U19’s training camp.
