Matchday 13 is just around the corner, featuring a packed schedule of 21 games.

Three matchups will kick off the action on Wednesday as the top two Eastern Conference's teams in New England Revolution II and Crown Legacy FC will be in action. To wrap up the night, St Louis CITY2 will host Austin FC II at CITYPARK.

Let's dive in and take a look at the rest of the weekday action:

Wednesday, June 14th

New England Revolution II vs NYCFC II (5 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass on Apple TV)

Clint Peay's team concluded May with an impressive run of four consecutive victories. However, they have struggled to secure three points in their last two matches. Despite this, their recent shootout triumph against Chicago Fire II has positioned them in second place in the Eastern Conference, trailing conference leaders Crown Legacy FC by just two points.

New England Revolution II's roster has seen an exciting addition this week as 15-year-old academy prospect Peyton Miller has made history by becoming the youngest player ever to sign a Major League Soccer contract for the club.

NYCFC II will travel to Foxboro on Wednesday afternoon, seeking to build on their impressive four-game winning streak. Under the guidance of coach Matt Pilkington, the team has showcased their attacking prowess by scoring two or more goals in their previous four outings. Leading the charge in the offensive department is Jonathan Jiménez, who has notched three goals and one assist in his last four matches.

Philadelphia Union II vs Crown Legacy FC (7 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass on Apple TV)

Philadelphia Union II, currently occupying the 8th spot in the Eastern Conference, will be aiming to upset first-place Crown Legacy FC when they host the North Carolina squad on Wednesday night. During their previous outing on Matchday 12, Union II secured their fourth victory of the season thanks to a goal from Christopher Olney Jr. The match also saw Marlon LeBlanc's squad register their first clean sheet of the campaign, adding to their positive performance.

Crown Legacy FC will be eager to bounce back after experiencing their second loss of the season away to Columbus Crew 2 last weekend. Despite the defeat, something to note is the fact that Crown Legacy FC has managed to score in every game they have played this season, a nod to their consistent ability to find the back of the net. Leading the charge in the attack is Iuri Tavares, the MLS NEXT Pro's Player of the Month for May. Tavares has already notched six goals and contributed one assist in 10 appearances, establishing himself as a crucial figure in Jose Tevares' squad.

St Louis CITY2 vs Austin FC II (8 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass on Apple TV)

CITY2 suffered a setback last weekend as they let an early lead slip against Huntsville City FC on Matchday 12. However, they will be determined to bounce back when they face Austin FC II, one of the standout teams in the Western Conference this season. The two sides previously met in April in Austin, where the home team secured a 2-0 victory. All eyes will be on John Klein and Caden Glover as they spearhead CITY2's offensive efforts. Klein has been in exceptional form, leading the team with six goals scored this season, while Glover has contributed two goals along with one assist.

Austin FC II went through a rough patch in May but appears to have regained their early-season form, securing back-to-back victories recently. Key contributors to their success have been David Rodriguez and Valentin Noël, who have featured in every game for The Verde this campaign. Rodriguez leads the team with five goals, closely followed by Noël with four goals.

Thursday, June 15th

TFC II vs Huntsville City FC (7 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass on Apple TV)

TFC II has been in fine form, earning an impressive 5 points out of a possible 6 in their last two outings. They will now set their sights on defending their home turf as they face off against Huntsville City FC. The Young Reds have displayed exceptional performances when playing at York Lions Stadium, securing all three of their victories this season on their home ground.

Huntsville City FC experienced a solid home stand, recording a 2-2-0 record in their recent four matches. As they travel north of the border, they will be aiming to secure their first-ever victory on the road. Huntsville City FC will rely on the talents of Kemy Amiche, the MLS NEXT Pro Player of Matchday 12, who delivered an outstanding performance with two goals and one assist last Sunday.

Columbus Crew 2 vs Atlanta United 2 (7 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass on Apple TV)

Facing the Capy's is always a tough challenge, and this season they have been particularly formidable at home, boasting an impressive 5-1-0 record. With a balanced scoring attack, Crew 2 has seen contributions from 12 different players, with Gibran Rayo and Marco Micaletto leading the way with three goals each.

After having their four-game unbeaten streak halted on Matchday 12 by a determined Philadelphia Union II team, Atlanta United 2 will be eager to bounce back and regain momentum with a victory in Columbus. The dynamic duo of Nick Firmino and Karim Tmimi has been a dual threat in Atlanta United 2's attack and will be crucial to their success on Thursday night.

Chicago Fire II vs Orlando City B (8 p.m. ET, MLSNEXTPro.com)

Following their victory over Crew 2 in the previous week, Fire II couldn't maintain their winning momentum as they suffered a shootout loss against New England Revolution II. Despite the result, Harold Osorio remains a consistent threat for Fire II, contributing three goals and five assists so far this season, with his most recent assist coming in the match against Revs II.

Orlando City B, the MLS NEXT Pro Team of Matchday 12, will bring their high powered offense the Windy City on Thursday. In their impressive 4-0 triumph over FCC2 last week, OCB demonstrated their attacking dominance with four different players finding the back of the net. Jack Lynn emerged as a standout performer after scoring his seventh goal of the season in the first half of the game.

Houston Dynamo 2 vs Portland Timbers2 (8 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass on Apple TV)

Dynamo 2's impressive five-game unbeaten streak has propelled them to fourth place in both the MLS NEXT Pro Power Rankings and the Western Conference standings. A key contributor to their success has been Diego Gonzalez, who has started in all 11 games he has played. Gonzalez has rewarded the trust placed in him by coach Kenny Bundy with six goals and two assists this season, and is currently riding a four-game scoring streak.

Timbers2 relied on the stellar performance of Josh Penn in their recent 2-0 victory over North Texas SC. Penn's brace proved to be the decisive factor, extending Timbers2's winning streak to three games. With the emergence of Penn as a potent offensive force and the contributions of Florian Monzon, who has found the back of the net five times since joining the team in April, Timbers2 will pose a challenge for their opponents at SaberCats Stadium in Houston.

Sporting KC II vs Tacoma Defiance (8 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass on Apple TV)

SKC II has been solid in their recent performances, earning 8 points out of a possible 15 in their last five matches. Their focus now turns to securing a victory at home against Tacoma Defiance on Matchday 13. While Pau Vidal's scoring form has cooled off in the past three games, he remains a threat with six goals in 11 appearances this season.

As they travel to Missouri for their Thursday night match, Tacoma Defiance will be looking to break a month-long winless streak. Five Defiance players have netted more than two goals this season. Leading the charge for their team is Braudílio Rodrigues, who has scored five goals this season, establishing himself as a key contributor to their attack.

Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 vs Real Monarchs (9 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass on Apple TV)

With a solid home record of 4 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss, Whitecaps FC 2 have proven to be a formidable force in the Western Conference. Levonte Johnson and Kamron Habibullah lead the team in goals scored, with Johnson scoring five and Habibullah netting four this campaign. The return of midfielder Jay Herdman from international duty will add depth to their midfield lineup.

Real Monarchs displayed their resilience in a thrilling comeback last week in their match against LA Galaxy II. Real Monarchs secured an extra point after tying the match in the latter stages of the game and winning the shootout thanks to an outstanding performance from goalkeeper Fernando Delgado. Ilijah Paul's brace on Matchday 12 demonstrated his scoring ability, and he will be eager to continue finding the back of the net, providing the much-needed offensive for his team.

Friday, June 16th

North Texas SC vs Earthquakes II (8:30 p.m. ET, MLS Season Pass on Apple TV)

North Texas SC's impressive six-game unbeaten streak was brought to an end in Portland as they suffered a 2-0 defeat against Timbers2. Despite the loss, Javier Cano's side remains in fifth place in the Western Conference with 19 points. The contributions of academy players Anthony Ramirez, Diego Hernandez, and Nayrobi Vargas have been instrumental in North Texas SC's success this season, and their continued performance will be crucial during the rest of the campaign.

Earthquakes II have found greater success away from home this season, with their most recent victory coming in May against Austin. In their previous outing against Tacoma Defiance, William Richmond found the back of the net for the second consecutive game. Jack Skahan has also been in fine form, providing an assist in each of his last two matches. Their offensive contributions will be vital as Earthquakes II will seek another victory on the road.
