Founding Members

Q: What is a Founding Member?

A: Individuals who purchase season seats for our inaugural season will be known as our Founding Members. Perk: Our Founding Members who choose to renew for the 2025 season will NOT have their season seat price raised, so you’ll lock in the same price for another year.

Q: Are there additional Founding Member benefits?

A: Yes! In addition to having your own seat at every home match, you’ll have access to exclusive season seat holder benefits, including affordable seat pricing, exclusive seat member gifts (a free jersey for each seat), payment plans, merch discounts, club partner savings, a personal account rep, and access to year-round events & bonus games.

Q: How much do Founding Member season seats cost?

A: Tickets vary by section, with prices starting as low as $13 a seat per game! Please see above for full pricing details and payment options.

Q: When will I receive my exclusive Founding Member game jersey?

A: Founding member jerseys will be distributed along with season tickets at a pre-season event. Further communication details regarding logistics will be communicated to season ticket holders.

Seating Sections

Q: What happens in the Supporter Section?

A: The Supporters Section is the lifeblood of our professional soccer team – it will involve singing and chanting CCFC songs, smoke bombs after scoring goals, and cheering our team to victory. This section is General Admission, so there are no assigned seats. Food and beverage stands are located directly behind the Supporters Section. If you want to be in this section, be prepared for loud noises and possibly a few spills!

Q: What if I want to sit behind the goal, but don’t want to be in the Supporters Section?

A: HPU Endline seats are located nearest to the Nido Qubein Gate. The Endline Bar is located directly behind the HPU Endline seats.

Q: What are the benefits of Corner seats?

A: Corner seats are adjacent to where corner kicks are taken and known as one of our best value areas, because you’ll get seats located between the six-yard box and corner with full views of the entire pitch.

Q: Why sit on the Sideline?

A: The Sideline is located between center-circle and the forty-yard line – one of our very best seat locations in the entire stadium!

Q: Can I sit on the field?

A: VIP Field-Side seats are located literally on the pitch and feet away from the professional soccer players of both the Carolina Core FC and the away team. Amenities like Field-Side Concierge service ensure an unforgettable experience all season long.

Q: Are there any food and beverage hospitality packages included with my season seat purchase?

A: The Catalyst Club seats are the premium seating located between center-circle and the penalty box and include pre-match high-end dinner and beverages (including alcohol). All Catalyst Club Founding Members will receive access into the Catalyst Club, which has a climate controlled 4,000 square foot space.

Q: Do kids 2 and under need a ticket?

A: No, children 2 and under do not need a ticket to enter Truist Point.

Q: Are single game tickets on sale?

A: Single game tickets are not currently available, due to the high demand for season tickets.

Q: What does the game day atmosphere look like?

A: The soccer stadium capacity at Truist Point is 5,000 fans. On game days, the stadium experience will be authentic to the look and feel of professional soccer – the turf and field specifications will meet or exceed FIFA standards with no baseball lines. The entire stadium has some of the best sightlines in all of professional soccer – the farthest seat away from the pitch is in Row 13!

Q: What Professional Soccer League is CCFC a part of?

A: MLS NEXT Pro is a men's professional soccer league in the United States and Canada that is affiliated with MLS. It launched in 2022 with 21 teams and now comprises 27 professional sides of MLS clubs. MLS Next Pro is classified as part of the minor league second/third tier of the professional soccer system in North America. Carolina Core FC is the 28th team and only independent club as of 2024, and Cleveland is the 29th team announced for its inaugural season in 2025, and will be the second independent club playing in MLS NEXT PRO.

Q: How many games do I have access to as a season ticket holder?

A: All founding members will have access to all home games at Truist Point. The regular season runs from March to October, and the playoffs will begin in October. You may also have access to other exclusive events including bonus games!

Q: Where have MLS NEXT Pro level players moved onto during their careers?

A: Alphonso Davies of the Vancouver Whitecaps II is currently playing for Bayern Munich as a starting Defender (Canadian National Team).

Ricardo Pepi of North Texas is currently with FC Groningen Loan from FC Augsburg (US National Team). 

Q: What is the US Open Cup?

A: Carolina Core FC will compete in the US Open Cup in Spring 2024. The Knockout cup competition is held in the United States of America. It is the oldest ongoing national soccer competition – currently over 100+ teams compete in the tournament, including MLS, MLS NEXT PRO, USL, NISA, and Amateur clubs. They compete for a chance to win the US Open Cup, and our goal is to host a Major League Soccer team in the USOC featured against the likes of Charlotte FC, Nashville SC, or Atlanta United in the coming years at Truist Point Stadium.

Q: Why is CORE in the team’s name Carolina Core FC?

A: Central North Carolina is now frequently coined with the name CORE. Carolina Core FC is the first professional soccer team in the history of Central North Carolina. Within the CORE are 12 counties and 1.7 million in population, and our professional soccer team represents our diverse communities throughout North Carolina.
