Chattanooga Football Club’s runs a multitude of community development initiatives throughout the year:
1. Local Business of the Month: This initiative supports local businesses by showcasing one business each month. Selection criteria include uniqueness, community engagement, and the positive impact the business has on the local economy.
2. Community Hero of the Month: Community heroes, ranging from volunteers to first responders, are honored based on nominations from community members. Selection criteria are based on their selfless acts, bravery, and contributions to the community's well-being.
3. Celebration of Diversity: This initiative promotes cultural understanding and appreciation for diversity. Events include festivals, galas, and educational workshops.
4. Operation Give Back: All encompassing initiative to strengthen the Chattanooga community through: environmental impact, charitable giving, and volunteerism.
