If you purchased tickets online, they were sent to you via email at the time of purchase. If you cannot find your tickets in your email please try to following steps:
- Check your spam folder. The email will be coming from Go Passage.
- Make sure you double-check what email you purchased the tickets with. It is possible you have used a different email address. This is common.
- After 10 minutes if you still are not seeing your email please call 423-708-GOAL or email email@example.com and let us know the issue. We will resolve the issue ASAP.
