Chattanooga FC's front office moved into its new headquarters at 1620 Riverfront Parkway this week, marking an important milestone for the next phase of the club's growth.
Sage Hill Investors (SHI) and CFC celebrated the beginning of the transition into its new headquarters, which will cover over 65,000 sq. ft., including retail, offices, apartments and a rooftop bar.
The front office has now fully relocated from its previous location of 436 Market Street in downtown Chattanooga to its new location on the Southside of town, a half-mile walk from Finley Stadium.
This move comes as a result of Chattanooga FC's growth and the need for all departments of the club to be under one roof, including business operations and the technical staff for CFC MLS NEXT Pro, CFC MLS NEXT, CFC Youth and CFC Women.
"The new CFC Headquarters sets a new standard for sports working space," said Chattanooga FC Chief Business Officer Chad Emerson. "The design fosters a creative space for our entire organization to promote the success and mission of Chattanooga's Soccer Club."
The project’s major partners are FTC Development, River Street Architecture and Modus Build.
