ALL CFC GAMES IN MLS NEXT PRO TO TAKE PLACE ON FIELD WITHOUT FOOTBALL YARD LINES.

Additional details are now available for the exciting renovations coming to Finley Stadium in 2024.

On Wednesday, the stadium's board of directors approved several major projects, including new technology to ensure the field can be properly painted for soccer more efficiently throughout the season.

Chattanooga Football Club will purchase a new field paint remover machine, the Pioneer P-REX, to speed the transition time for the field to be converted back to a soccer pitch following an American football game. Weather permitting, all CFC games in MLS NEXT Pro will take place on a pitch without football yard lines.

Renovations also include the new Ultra Club, where Chattanooga FC fans can enjoy unlimited chef-curated buffet as well as non-alcoholic drinks (alcohol is available for purchase) through a special season ticket package.

The Ultra Club will take the place of the Stadium Club. The renovated club will feature a new climate-controlled interior, a new entry that faces the main concourse, a newly constructed bar, and various seating and lounge areas.

Fans do not have to miss any of action while in the Ultra Club, thanks to a state-of-the-art video wall and private restrooms.

Construction is underway now and will be complete by late spring on the Ultra Club. The space can hold up to 250 guests.

"This premium club experience will be on par with some of the top arenas and stadiums in the country, and we're excited for guests to experience it," said Brian Wright, Executive Director of Finley Stadium.

In addition to the Ultra Club renovations, the board approved an elevator modernization project that will span roughly 10 weeks. The project includes replacing existing controller systems, hydraulic pumping units, door operating systems, hangers, interlocks and landing operating equipment, as well as enhancing cab interiors and stainless steel doors and adding a roof-level stop to the second elevator.

These projects are the most significant reinvestment in Finley Stadium history. They coincide with Chattanooga FC's move to MLS NEXT Pro in 2024. The $1.8 million renovation at Finley Stadium also includes new LED field lights. This is in addition to more than $300,000 invested in skybox A/V upgrades, food and beverage renovations, and general equipment replacements in 2023 for a total of $2.1 million.
