Mykhi Joyner’s four-goal haul heard around the world headlined another positive week where St Louis CITY2 firmed their grip in the Top 10.
Head coach David Critchley had plenty of praise for his side’s gutsy comeback to flip a 2-1 deficit at halftime to a 6-3 win in a highlight reel second half, and doing it against a Timbers2 buzzsaw on a three-game winning streak made it all the more impressive.
The result makes it two wins in a row and a third-place spot in the West to close out May.

Winger Christian Koffi opened the season looking like a wire-to-wire Golden Boot winner before hitting a scoring drought recently.
